Joe Bernal is a native of El Paso and a proud United States Navy veteran who served four years active duty during the Vietnam War. He is also a very proud father of two children, Joseph Mathew Bernal, currently attending St. Raphael Catholic School and Erin Marie Bernal, a graduate of New Mexico State University currently working on her second degree.

Joe entered the financial industry in 1976 and worked several years for a local bank as a personal loan officer. In 1990, he started his career in the Insurance and Financial Services industry. He is the owner and President of Joe Bernal Insurance and Financial Services, Inc. He is fully licensed through the Texas Department of Insurance as a multi-line agent in good standing. His strong commitment to serve his community with professionalism, integrity, ethics, and great service has qualified him to earn the ranks of the Elite in his industry. He is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table as welll as the Texas Leaders Round Table. Through the years he has been an active member of the following organizations; National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, National Association of Health Insurance Underwriters, El Paso Association of Builders, El Paso Association of Mortgage Bankers, Greater El Paso Association of Realtors.
